Rates and Rules for Function Hall Rental

 

Function Hall Rental Fee Structure

Weddings: $500

Showers, Mercy Meal, Birthdays, Reunions and Anniversary: $300

Charitable, Youth & Municipal Organizations and Political Events: $200

*All pricing includes 1 bartender.

 

Refunds

A refund will be made in full if an event is canceled at least 14 days before the event.

 

 

Sponsors for Events

A Member of Long Meadow Golf Club must sponsor all events and the reservation is only final upon payment of the rental fee, except in the case of a Mercy Meal event.

 

Catering

All food menu orders must be completed with David French no later than 8 days prior to the reserved event.

Capacity

If a function, other than a Mercy Meal rental, has more than 125 non-members attending, the renter must hire a Town of Tewksbury Police Officer prior to the event.

 

Not Accepted Events

• Graduation Parties, Sweet 16 Parties, Jack & Jill Parties, Confirmations, Baptism's and Childrens party.
